Offender-Based Intervention (OBI) This program provides substance abuse education and treatment for people who have been convicted of alcohol and/or other drug related offenses, and/or multiple DUI offenses. Referrals for this program come from the courts as a special condition of a sentence or through legal or law enforcement professionals. |
